New Years with Swamini Svatmavidyananda Ji – Huasteca Potosina MX – Dec 28 to Jan 2, 2027 –

FOR THE FIRST TIME IN MEXICO, A TEACHER FROM THE HIMALAYAS – INDIA: SWAMINI SVATMAVIDYANANDA SARASWATI

6 days in the mystical Huasteca Potosina, surrounded by nature and the purest waters for the clearest New Year’s resolutions and the 10 essential verses of the Bhagavad Gita…

Monday, December 28 to Saturday, January 2, 2027

An incredible teacher, Swamini Svatmavidyananda Saraswati, is coming to Mexico for the very first time… we are beyond excited! Not even in our wildest dreams did we expect her to accept our invitation… and she’s bringing a double gift: this NEW YEAR retreat and another one before, during CHRISTMAS.

This is the sixth edition of this retreat. Every year, this end-of-year space has been sweet, moving, and deeply inspiring. We truly believe there is no better way to close the year than in a space of disconnection, depth, and healing like this one. We’ve experienced all kinds of New Year celebrations, and none compare to the sense of fullness and renewal this retreat in the Huasteca Potosina offers. It never disappoints!

In this year-end retreat on “the 10 essential verses of the Gita,” under Swamini ji’s guidance, we will dive deeply into the heart of the Gita, exploring its timeless wisdom through contemplation, practice, and guided study. A space to integrate teachings that illuminate purpose, conscious action, and inner clarity.

As we love to do, turning these spaces into a true and complete adventure, this year we’ll include a special plan: a visit to the fascinating Sótano de las Golondrinas, where a breathtaking spectacle unfolds, led by thousands of birds. This is one of the largest vertical caves in the world, a 60-meter-wide opening that drops 512 meters into the Earth. What makes it truly magical is that thousands of birds live inside it, and every morning they spiral out in a powerful, thunderous flight to begin their day, returning at sunset in a dramatic dive back into the depths. A truly, truly beautiful and special experience!

Trust us—we would never offer anything we don’t genuinely feel is EXCELLENT and deeply aligned to enrich your spiritual path. If you feel the call to do something different, to eat well, to rest, to close the year with intention, to connect with beautiful souls, COME to this New Year’s Yoga and Vedanta retreat! It’s designed to relax, detox, and open us to a new path with a fresh rhythm. As the saying goes, “you can tell how the day will unfold from the morning,” so let this be a new beginning—a fresh awakening into a life of greater joy and fulfillment.

Beyond her impressive background, we want to share what this Swamini represents to us… from the heart: To have someone like her with us so deeply rooted in these Vedic teachings, so renowned and revered in the Himalayas, is a true inspiration, but what is most striking is the quality of her teaching. She is incredibly funny, profoundly deep, and exceptionally intelligent, which gives her the perfect formula: GRACE manifested. She is charming, contagious, radiant! WE LOVE HER, and we are deeply grateful to have her as our teacher in this lifetime and here at HOME…
